Here are my veggies!!!!!!!
Chef likes my turnips and he asked me if I have ever worked in a kitchen! I was so happy. XD
But I filed in my dice part of celery and paysanne part of leek.
My fingers are all fine just dyed by carrots, I think tonight I will dream carrots chase on me. I spent almost one hour on five carrots. And it let me want to buy Zwilling J.A. Henckels Twin' chef knife!!!! My chef knife make me crazy, chef knife is part of cook's life !!!
I took one and half hour finished all of veggies. I felt a little bit frustrated. Everyone cut so fast and finished on time. I need more practice!!
Today I experienced what's in a kitchen just like in a war. Looking forward next week, fighting !!
