It was my first cooking class, I was so excited.

I remembered that day I woke up at 5:30 am, in cause of I had to arrive school at 7:30 am.
When I woke up, I still could see the bright moon hung in the sky.


Our dishes  for week 2 are "Grilled Chicken Breast" and "Whole Roast Chickens".


"Grilled Chicken Breast" 
 baby spinach, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red peppers, raspberry vinaigrette, candied pecans and crumbled goats cheese.

"Whole Roast Chickens"
pommes purée, natural jus, and green beans with almonds and glazed carrot batons.

After 4 hours cooking, although I was exhausted but I really enjoyed cooking.
Week 3 we will cook Lamb, I can't wait for Friday coming!!!!
